An enriching program of Holy Week services has been cooperatively developed among Paris’s downtown churches and clergy. We encourage everyone to participate in everything, but here’s a special spotlight on Grace’s involvement.
- Monday’s Holy Week noon service will be hosted outdoors in a pavilion at Trinity Methodist, and CHILD FRIENDLY! Our very own Dr. Pam Evans will be presenting the Godly Play story titled Jesus and Jerusalem.
- Wednesday’s noon service will be at Grace Church, and the speaker will be Dr. Dandridge of Quinn Chapel. Quinn Chapel’s volunteers will be providing lunch at Grace as well.
- Thursday’s 7:00 Maundy Thursday service will be officiated at Grace by our own Reverend Linda Hilliard. Our Loaves and Fishes ministry will be operation earlier that evening. If you want to come eat or deliver meals or help with cleanup before the 7:00 PM service that’s very welcome!
- Thursday OVERNIGHT – our annual prayer vigil at Grace.
- Friday evening we’ll have our own Good Friday service with Rev. Linda presiding. Time TBD.
